To all Commanders of House Marik,

The recent loss of our district capital planet to the forces of Clan
Jade Falcon has not merely caused understandable turmoil within our own
ranks; we have lost a key strategic front-line planet in the fight
against the Clan invaders, a loss that forebodes a fatal end for all of
House Marik. This is unacceptable.

The current lack of ambition displayed by our troops in the wake of this
defeat is a grave disappointment in my eyes. It is with regret that I
begin to question your capabilities as Commanders.

It is time for you to justify your ranks, rally your troops, and take back what is ours.

However, before we can reclaim Marik we must first take the border planet of Angell II to ensure a clear jump path to Marik.

During the next three attack phases or until the
planet is claimed (whichever comes first), Angell II will be the only
available point of attack open for Marik forces. Our defenses will
remain active for any Inner Sphere planets currently under threat, but
all our attack forces will be focused entirely against Angell II.

So long as House Marik reclaims Angell II by the end
of this initiative, every Marik-aligned MechWarrior who participates in
a victorious battle on Angell II during this initiative will receive a
one-time reward of 4,000,000 C-Bills.

This war has taken an unfortunate toll on the war chest of our great
House; while battles for Angell II may be fought by any pilot from
another Inner Sphere faction, we will only be providing the above reward
to Marik-aligned pilots in the event that Marik takes full control by
the end of this initiative.

Let it be known that defeat will not be rewarded. If Angell II still
remains under Clan control by the end of this initiative, or if Angell
II falls to any other Inner Sphere Faction, no rewards will be
forthcoming.

Do not fail me in this. It is not simply my wish for this to be a
successful initiative; a victory here will be a key pivot point for
House Marik to reclaim the planets we have lost to the foul Clans who
have pushed so far into our rightful territories.

Take Angell II. Place it under House Marik control by the above deadline.

REWARD REQUIREMENT

If Angell II is under control of House Marik at any point before the above deadline, and
you participated in at least one victory on Angell II while aligned
with House Marik, you will receive a one-time reward of 4,000,000
C-Bills.
